Said actuation part (3) comprises a die (4) which pushes the goods to be cut through the cutting part (2), in which the blades (1) engage in corresponding recesses (20) of the die (4). According to the invention, a hand-actuated mechanism (22) which can displace at least one cleaning part (23) along the die (4) until an end position (24) is reached in the region of the free end of the die (4) is provided.
