This invention refers to an unpublished and functional portable device (1) supplied with a scale for weighing foods, having a software installed in its system, which is capable of balancing the desired diet based on the user's age, gender, stature, diet purpose (gaining, losing or maintaining weight), according to the activities he performs during the day. When starting his meal, the user sets up the software according to his data, his purpose and the foods he intends to eat. By activating the device (1), the software will automatically dose the correct amount of each selected food, in grams, so that the desired amount of calories is reached.
