When the rivet connects the handle (8) with the handle seat (2), the protruding is disengaged from the guide groove (20) to enter into the rotary groove (19). When the container is locked, the protruding is fixed after the other side of the handle (8) revolves it in the rotary groove (19) by a certain angle.
