A pedal apparatus is provided which rotates a wheel unit of an indoor cycle machine whereon a user rides on a saddle, the pedal apparatus including a pair of fixing units the ends of which are fixed to the sides of the wheel unit, a pair of crank units comprising a pair of replaceable units which are detachably connected to the pair of fixing units, and a pair of pedal units which are rotatably connected horizontally to the pair of the replaceable units, wherein the replaceable units include a plurality of replaceable units having different lengths so that the length of the pair of crank units is capable of being changed.
