The present invention proposes a method of providing content via IP network and broadcast network, said method comprising the steps of: receiving a request from a user equipment for obtaining a content; judging whether to broadcast the content according to a specific criterion; generating broadcast information of the content if the content is determined to be broadcast; broadcasting the broadcast information; broadcasting the content. Correspondingly, a method of obtaining contents, a system for providing and a system for obtaining content via the broadcast information is also disclosed. According to the present invention, the network efficiency for transmitting content can be improved.
