The invention relates to a device for the controlled release of products contained under pressure, which, regardless of the position of the container in relation to the horizontal, only allows (i) the release of the contents in the gaseous state or (ii) the release of the product and not the propellant. The inventive device, which is disposed inside the container, operates under the effect of gravity, affecting a weight that is built into a block which, by means of an elbow pipe, suitably directs the position of the end of a tube through which the product is released from inside the container in a controlled manner.
