A facilitated washing and drying apparatus capable of being carried to a destination in travel to easily perform both the washing and drying of washing, comprising an inner bag (1) in which the washing (W) is stored and an outer bag (2) capable of storing the inner bag (1) both of which are heat-resistant, water-resistant, and fire-resistant, the inner bag (1) further comprising an opening part (17) for taking in and out the washing (W) formed in a flat bag body in which a large number of small holes (11) allowing the inside and outside of the inner bag to communicate with each other are bored and a neck part (18) connected to a heated air supply source and the outer bag (2) further comprising an opening part (23) for taking in and out the inner bag (1) formed in the flat bag body and in which the washing are stored. The inner bag (1) in which the washing (W) are stored is stored in the outer bag (2) together with detergent and washing water, and the outer bag (2) is pressed from the outside to flow the washing water in and out through the small holes (11) in the inner bag (1) at high speeds to perform washing and rinsing. Then, the inner bag (1) in which the washing (W) are stored is taken out from the outer bag (2) and the heated air is supplied from the neck part (18) and discharged from the small holes (11) to continuously evaporate the moisture of the washing (W) for drying. Thus, both the washing and drying of the washing can be easily performed.
