The application discloses pharmaceutical compositions which can be used to treat and relieve immune disease, containing edible organic acids or acid salts thereof as active principles. The invention also discloses the use of said edible organic acids or acid salts thereof or acid fruit containing them in manufacturing foods, drinks and health foods used for improving individual immunity; further discloses the method for preparing foods which can reduce chances of allergic reaction occuring.
