The invention concerns a coupling device whereof the stem (1) comprises an uncoupling cylindrical shaft (10) as well as a coupling block (11) having a polygonal cross-section and oblique guide surfaces (110, 111). The pinion (2) comprises a central orifice (22) whereof the cross-section corresponds to that of the coupling block polygon and oblique support surfaces (210, 211). The pinion is adapted to slide relative to the stem, from an uncoupling position on the cylindrical shaft up to a coupling position on the coupling block. The transition between those two positions is ensured by the oblique support surfaces (210, 211) sliding on the oblique guide surfaces (110, 111).
