The invention relates to an assembly for providing a door-frame system in a wall hole and an installation method thereof. Said assembly comprises buffers (10) mounted on the wall (13) surfaces, an intermediate distance set square adjustment assembly (11) for adjusting all plane and interval settings thereof (10) before being mounted on the wall, intermediate carrier profiles located on the buffers (1, 1a) and main frame profiles (2) located thereon (1). In the said assembly, there are provided a channel (3) on the main frame profiles (2), channel hinges (4b) arranged vertically onto said channel and door hinges (4a) located in the door wing. In order to adjust the plane setting sof the buffers (10), the said adjustment assembly (11) comprises intermediate distance adjustment plate (11a) located on the buffers (10), strings (11e) connected to said adjustment plate (11a), weights (11f) providing the said strings (11e) to extend downward due to gravitation.
