Hydraulic device, used as a damper for sporting - training apparatus, with a possibility for regulation of the exerted force. It has a compact construction, a possibility for a choice in applying of different force on the cylindrical body in both directions of its displacement. This is achieved by a hydraulic device, consisting of a cylindrical body (1), closed at its both ends, with a handle (2), mounted on its outer surface; inside there is a piston (8), mounted in the middle of a cylindrical rod, in whose both ends are placed gaskets (12); a regulator, as well as an opening for a manometer (16) in the cylindrical body (1). The piston (8) has openings (81), and the cylindrical rod is made as a hollow cylindrical shaft (7), with a placed partition wall (9) in the form of a disk, which together with the piston (8) is locked firmly by a piston pin (82).
