The invention concerns a closure device for liquid product container, characterised in that it comprises: an outer element (1) consisting of a lateral skirt (11) designed to be fixed on the neck (C) of the container and connected in its upper part to a flange (12) at least partly elastically deformable bearing a rigid central socket (13) whereof the end is provided with a dispensing orifice (10), and an inner element (13) consisting of an open-work ring (21) designed to be locked beneath said flange (12) and connected in its central part to a needle (22) capable of tightly sealing the dispensing orifice (10) of the central socket (13).
