Solid anhydrous lithium hydroxide and lithium hydroxide polyolefin film which has a melting point below 280 DEG F and dissolves in hot lubrication oil with substantially no residue at low levels. More particularly, the pouches contain pre-measured amounts of lithium hydroxide monohydrate or lithium soap granules for use in the manufacture of lubrication grease compositions.
