The invention relates to a full auxiliary chassis for a motor vehicle, especially a passenger motor vehicle, for accommodating and housing a driving motor of a transmission and other auxiliary units, such as an electrohydrolic control device, a cooling system, a steering gear or an ABS/EDS device. Said full auxiliary chassis has a rear cross member, a front cross member and two longitudinal chassis members. Said longitudinal chassis members are arranged together with the cross members to form a closed structural unit, which is approximately rectangular if viewed from above, and are interconnected. This structural unit can be pre-assembled as a module with the driving motor, the transmission and the auxiliary units and can be installed in the motor vehicle as a uniform module.
