摘要：
A coaxial needle assembly (20) for pipetting reagents under inert atmosphere, as well as a rinsing station (60, 70) is described. A preferred coaxial needle assembly (20) includes a non-coring pipetting needle (22) and a gas pressurization needle (32) coaxial with, and of larger diameter than the pipetting needle (22). In one embodiment, rinse stations (60, 70) that employ a pipetting syringe to deliver cleaning solvents to cleanse the interior of a contaminated pipetting needle (20) are described. In an alternative embodiment, rinse stations (60, 70) that use cleaning solvents cleanse the interior and exterior of a contaminated pipetting needle (20) are described.
