A vehicle for locomotion using pedals comprises: a) rotating handlebars (2) that are connected to a runner (3), which is ribbed on the bottom in the direction of the vehicle's straight-line motion; b) a rear carriage (4), which comprises a flexible track (6) which is kept in the desired geometric configuration by means of a number of turning elements (7i) which are connected to one another and to frame (8); said track (6) is connected during movement to a driving gear (10) that can be driven by a pair of pedals (11) and is mounted on said frame (8); c) a rigid frame (8) which supports said driving gear (10) and connects said handlebars (2) to said rear carriage (4) and is equipped with a saddle (9); the vehicle is suitable for locomotion over snow and ice.
