A spotlight mounting device for a suspended ceiling made of a stretched flexible material which may be vertically, transversely and longitudinally adjusted when the suspended ceiling is installed. The device comprises a first U-shaped yoke (1) attached to the real ceiling, a second inverted U-shaped yoke (7) which is adjustable in height relative to the first along elongate side slots, and pivotable relative thereto around locking screws (8), a third U-shaped yoke (13) which is translationally adjustable relative to the second along one elongate slot (12) and rotatably adjustable around a locking pin (14), and a housing (21) which is adjustable in height relative to said third yoke by means of two screws (27 and 28) and receives a spotlight. This device is particularly useful when installing stretched, flexible suspended ceilings.
