In order to obtain a high prestress force on the end assembly screw (7) of hollow profiled bars assembled to nodal bodies in a lattice-work, a tubular guiding part (6) is secured to a disk (4) inside de bar (2). The tubular part (6) forms a slight elbow with respect to the wall of said bar and opens into an access orifice (8) for the screw through the wall of the bar (2). The tubular part forms thereby a passage channel for the end screw (7).
