The transdermal patch includes a carrier layer. The carrier layer comprises a hollow structure and an external composition. The hollow structure comprises a plurality of cells partitioned by an insulator and has hollow portions penetrating through one plane surface to the other plane surface of the hollow structure. The external composition comprises a dispersion liquid comprising a nanoparticle containing an active ingredient.
