Provided are a position determination device and the like for determining a mounting position of a sensor suitable for detecting leakage vibration of a pipe. A position determination device (100) includes a frequency determination unit for determining a frequency of vibration propagating through a pipe and a structure attached to the pipe and an mounting position determination unit for determining, on the basis of the specified frequency, the mounting position of a sensor for detecting the vibration of the pipe.
