A novel vibration resistant illuminating roller of the invention in which all the electronic parts are connected to the circuit board by dint of the soft lead. Each illuminating kit, battery compartment, circuit board are provided with the upper and lower cushion device. The illuminating kit has two illuminators, oppositely disposed in the transparent hub cover. Two illuminators are supported by the cushion and emit the light on both sides of the illuminating roller. The cushion device furnishes great vibration and impact resistance.
