A bottle molding die and method for operating a mold die to allow synchronous blank injecting and bottle blowing, that aims at synchronous blank injection and bottle blow forming. In the process, there is no need to use particular water making machineries but only require conventional injection molding machineries. In accompaniment with the bottle molding die provided by this invention, this invention is able to achieve the object of synchronous blank injecting and bottle blowing water bottles. At the same time of injecting blanks from a side of the mold die loaded on the machinery, the machinery performs bottle blowing at the other side so as to allow quick production flows and to allow easy replacement of the female mold unit for the blank injection and the mold die for blowing bottles.
