本發明用以解決問題之手段為一種生理用衛生棉1，其係具備有具液吸收層22的衛生棉本體2，且在該衛生棉本體22的肌膚側表面，係設有立體構造部3。該立體構造部3係由透氣型不織布與透液性薄片所形成，並且在透氣型不織布，係設有朝高度方向延伸的壓縮部37。上述立體構造部3係與身體的溝部密貼，故在就寢等時，可有效防止經血朝後方外漏的情形發生。
The object of the present invention is to provide a slender sanitary napkin disposed between a vaginal opening and an anal cleft part capable of improving a function for preventing menstrual blood from leaking rearward by fitting it to the anal cleft part. The solution of the present invention is that the sanitary napkin (1) comprises a napkin body (2) having a liquid absorbing layer (22). A three-dimensional structural part (3) is formed on the skin side surface of the napkin body (2). The three-dimensional structural part (3) is formed of an airlaid nonwoven fabric and a liquid permeable sheet, and compression parts (37) extending upward are formed on the airlaid nonwoven fabric. The three-dimensional structural part (3) is fitted to the groove of a human body to effectively prevent the menstrual blood from leaking rearward in sleeping.
