This invention provides a pressing mold for fabricating optical recording medium, the forming method of data recording area and light transparent layer, and the optical recording medium. It employs the spin coating method to simply implement the surface treatment of light transparent layer in lower cost. Using spin coating method for forming the light transparent layer, it employs the resin to press mold with bumps on the outer periphery, and transfers the data into the recording layer. It forms the inclined surface (cavity) on the substrate (the transferred component). Therefore, it conducts the coating without changing the bumps on the outer periphery.
