A stepless speed varying device, in which when the input shaft rotates by activation of external drive force, turning effort of the input shaft is transferred to the offset housing and the turning effort of the offset housing in turn is transferred to respective variable rings; meanwhile, when the angle speed of respective variable rings is periodically varied against the angle speed of the offset housing, the periodically varied angle speed of respective variable rings is corrected to an almost constant level in the phases of the prescribed range, thus turning efforts with corrected angle speed only can be extracted from respective variable rings to be transferred to the output shaft; consequently, by optionally varying the angle speed of respective variable rings as against the angle speed of the offset housing, the revolution rate of the output shaft can be steplessly varied against the revolution rate of the input shaft.
