The present invention provides a piezoelectric valve mechanism device having a valve body. One end of the valve body is sequentially connected to a guiding seat and a piezoelectric actuator. A pushing block is received inside the guiding seat and is abutted against one end face of a valve shaft of the valve body. One end of a piezoelectric element of the piezoelectric actuator is abutted against a pivot member to drive a displacement of a pushing shaft. The pushing shaft can selectively abut against a lead-out part of the guiding seat; The displacement of the pushing shaft driven by the piezoelectric element of the piezoelectric actuator is used to determine whether a working fluid flows out of the lead-out part so as to make the working fluid go through a guiding hole to push the pushing block and the valve shaft displacement of the valve body, thereby reducing the volume and the weight of the fluid controlling valve in the entire design so as to make the present piezoelectric valve mechanism device conveniently installed at and connected to other mechanism or element.
