A food crisper includes a box body and a lid body. The box is defined into a containment space with an opening facing upwardly. The lid body detachably covers the top of the box body and is used to close the opening. The lid body includes two cover plates which can be independently opened and located above the opening. Each cover plate can be lifted up relative to the other cover plate to expose a part of the opening. The cover body includes the two cover plates that can be independently opened, such that when a user wants to take out food, only one of the cover plates may be opened to expose a part of the opening without exposing the entire opening. The design of no need to fully open the cover plate is convenient to use, reducing influence of air on food, having better preservation effect, and maintaining food quality.
