Provided is a resin sheet having liquid repellency. Also provided is an article in which the liquid-repellent resin sheet is used. A liquid-repellent resin sheet having a concavo-convex-shaped layer 1 having at least one type of convex shapes 1a on one surface, and a liquid-repellent layer 2 provided on the surface of the concavo-convex-shaped layer 1 having the convex shapes 1a. The concavo-convex-shaped layer 1 contains a thermoplastic resin composition. The liquid-repellent layer 2 contains a fluorine-based copolymer resin composition containing hydrophilic microparticles. The aspect ratio (height of convex shape/bottom surface diameter of convex shape) of the convex shapes 1a is 0.6-2.5. The melt mass flow rate of the thermoplastic resin at 190-300 DEG C is preferably 4 g/10 minutes or higher.
