本發明之基板貼合裝置係使第一基板表面之一部分與第二基板表面之一部分接觸而在一部分形成接觸區域後，使接觸區域擴大而貼合第一基板及第二基板，且具備溫度調節部，其係以第一基板及第二基板間之位置偏差至少在接觸區域逐漸擴大的過程不超過臨限值之方式，調節第一基板及第二基板之至少一方的溫度。

A substrate bonding device which brings respective portions of a surface of a first substrate and a surface of a second substrate into contact with one another and bonds the first substrate and the second substrate to one another in such a way that the size of a contacting region in which the surfaces are in contact with one another increases from the respective portions, wherein the substrate bonding device is provided with a temperature regulating unit which regulates the temperature of at least one of the first substrate and the second substrate.
