The purpose of the invention is to reduce manufacturing costs and improve maintenance for a membrane separation device. A membrane cassette 1 is a membrane cassette for immersion in water to be treated that is supplied in solid-liquid separation processing. The membrane cassette 1 is provided with: a plurality of membrane elements 2; a header receiver 3 to which headers 22 of the plurality of membrane elements 2 are connected; and a footer receiver 4 for disposing footers 23 of the plurality of membrane elements 2 such that the membrane elements 2 are parallel. Furthermore, the membrane cassette 1 is provided with a pair of side covers 5 attached to the header receiver 3 and the footer receiver 4 and a holding member 6 attached to the pair of side covers 5 in a state such that the headers 22 or the footers 23 for the plurality of membrane elements 2 are pressed and held.
