本發明提供一種裝設於半導體廢氣處理設備中的粉塵過濾器，包括一器殼內部形成一提供含藏有水分子及粉塵之氣體通過的腔室，且該腔室內以能抽取方式植入至少一過濾箱，所述過濾箱內設有用來過濾氣體中水分子及粉塵的多數捕集環及一過濾棉，該氣體依序通過捕集環及過濾棉，藉以改善傳統粉塵過濾器的結構複雜且不易清洗的問題。

本发明提供一种装设于半导体废气处理设备中的粉尘过滤器，包括一器壳内部形成一提供含藏有水分子及粉尘之气体通过的腔室，且该腔室内以能抽取方式植入至少一过滤箱，所述过滤箱内设有用来过滤气体中水分子及粉尘的多数捕集环及一过滤棉，该气体依序通过捕集环及过滤棉，借以改善传统粉尘过滤器的结构复杂且不易清洗的问题。

The present invention provides a dust filter installed in a semiconductor exhaust gas treating apparatus, comprising a housing shell internally formed with a chamber for allowing gas containing water molecules and powder dust to pass therethrough. The chamber is capable of being implanted with at least a filter tank in an extractable manner. The filter tank is provided with a plurality of capture rings and a filter cotton for filtering off water molecules and powder dust contained in the gas. The gas in conducted sequentially through the capture rings and the filter cotton in order to improve the problems of the conventional dust filters that the structure is complicated and cleaning is difficult.
