Provided are cloth that can give rise to a flow of air on the surface and inside of clothing by forming the cloth used in, for example, clothing into a shape that makes ventilation easy, clothing using this cloth, a method for manufacturing the clothing, and a structure using this cloth. The cloth is provided with: a base fabric which has flexibility and in which are formed one or a plurality of opening parts (14); and ventilating bodies (1) which have flexibility and are attached to the base fabric so as to cover the opening parts (14), and each of which has a plurality of ventilating openings (12, 13) and is formed so as to be hollow. The air around a user flows to the inside of the ventilating bodies (1) from ventilating openings (13) provided at the wide end (11) of the ventilating bodies (1), which are provided, for example, on a front body part of clothing (C), by movement of the user or the flow of wind.
