本發明所揭篩選具抗原專一性之融合瘤細胞之方法，其係透過一漿細胞表面表現之標記，使一融合細胞所分泌之一目標抗體得結合於該融合細胞表面，再以一含有一標定物之抗原與該融合細胞反應，俾以篩選出具抗原專一性之融合細胞。

本发明所揭筛选具抗原专一性之融合瘤细胞之方法，其系透过一浆细胞表面表现之标记，使一融合细胞所分泌之一目标抗体得结合于该融合细胞表面，再以一含有一标定物之抗原与该融合细胞反应，俾以筛选出具抗原专一性之融合细胞。
摘要（英）：
The present invention discloses a method of sorting hybridoma cell having antigen specificity, which is to make a target antigen secreted by a syncytium able to be combined onto the surface of syncytium through a mark expressed by a plasma cell. Moreover, by reacting an antigen containing a standardizing object with the syncytium, the present invention can sort out the syncytium having antigen specificity.
