The present invention relates to an optical sensor module, an optical sensor accessory, an optical sensor device and the applications thereof. The optical sensor module comprises a substrate, a light source disposed on the substrate, a first encapsulant formed over the light source, a photodetector disposed on the substrate, a second encapsulant formed over the photodetector, a partition coupled to the substrate and being disposed between the light source and the photodetector, and at least one optical directional component disposed on at least one of the first and the second encapsulant. The efficiency for light extraction and light collection are improved by utilizing the patrtition and the optical directional component. By doing so, the Noise Signal Ratio, NSR, and the accuracy of measurement result are improved.
