The present invention discloses a composition for encapsulating displays including a photo-curable monomer and a photopolymerization initiator, wherein the photo-curable monomer includes a monomer not containing an aromatic hydrocarbon group; and a monomer containing two or more of substituted or unsubstituted phenyl groups, and a cured product prepared of the composition has a plasma etching rate represented by Equation 1 of 400 nm/min or less, and a surface roughness of 2 nm or less: [Equation 1] Plasma etching rate (nm/min)=(T0-T1)/M T0 is a thickness of a sample prepared by applying the composition for encapsulating displays on a substrate, and UV curing at a dose of 100 mW/cm2 for 10 seconds; T1 is a thickness of the prepared sample after being subjected to a plasma treatment under the specific conditions for 1 min; M is a time of the plasma treatment. A display apparatus is also provided.
