A combustor includes a combustion liner (12) which is provided with plural through-holes (14), in which a combustion gas flows through, and a sound attenuator (20) which has a space formation member (21) forming a space (S) connected to the plural through-holes (14) outer periphery side of the combustion liner(12). A repair method of the combustor incudes a opening process in which a part contacting with the outside in the space formation member (21) is opened, a liner repair process in which the combustion liner (12) is repaired, a alien substance removal process in which alien substances are removed from the space (S) to the outside through the opening (23) that opened by the opening process after the liner repair process and a closing process in which the opening (23) is closed by a lid (24).
