This anisotropic conductive film includes conductive particles and a spacer. The spacer is arranged in a central part of the film in the width direction. The central part of the film in the width direction is 20-80% of the total width of the film. The height of the spacer in the thickness direction of the anisotropic conductive film is greater than 5 [mu]m, and less than 75 [mu]m. This anisotropic conductive film is provided with a stacked structure including a first insulating adhesive layer and a second insulating adhesive layer. The conductive particles are dispersed in the first insulating adhesive layer. The spacer is arranged regularly on the surface of the first insulating adhesive layer at the side of the second insulating adhesive layer.
