The present invention pertains to an electronic device obtained by covering a surface of an electronic device body (1) with a protective sheet, wherein: the protective sheet contains a multilayer structure including a substrate (X) and a layer (Y) layered on the substrate (X); the layer (Y) contains a metal oxide (A), a phosphorus compound (B), and positive ions (Z) having an ion valence (FZ) of 1 to 3, inclusive; the phosphorus compound (B) is a compound having a site which is reactable with the metal oxide (A); the mol number (NM) of the metal atoms (M) which make up the metal oxide (A) in the layer (Y) and the mol number (NP) of the phosphorus atoms present in the phosphorus compound (B) therein satisfy the relationship 0.8 ≤ NM/NP ≤ 4.5; and NM, the mol number (NZ) of the positive ions (Z), and FZ satisfy the relationship 0.001 ≤ FZ x NZ/NM ≤ 0.60.
