非水電解質二次電池之製造方法

將收容有正極、負極及非水電解液之外裝構件的開口部暫時密封而獲得暫時密封電池，對於暫時密封電池進行第一次充電使負極電位為高於0.8V且1.4V以下之電位(相對於Li/Li+)，在50℃以上且未達80℃之環境中儲藏後，將內部氣體排出並正式密封，而製造非水電解質二次電池。前述鈦複合氧化物可使用尖晶石構造之鈦酸鋰、直錳礦構造之鈦酸鋰等，Li4+xTi5O12、Li2+xTi3O7、通式H2TinO2n+1所示之鈦酸化合物，青銅型氧化鈦等單斜晶系鈦複合氧化物。

A temporary sealed battery is obtained by temporary sealing an opening part of a package member containing a positive electrode, a negative electrode and a non-aqueous electrolyte, and the temporary sealed battery is then conducted with a first charging to make the negative electric potential be higher than 0.8V and equal to or lower than 1.4V (with respect to Li/Li+), and is storage in an atmosphere of 50 DEG C or more and less than 80 DEG C, then, the inner gas is exhausted to conduct real sealing, so as to produce a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery. The titan composite oxide may be a spinel-type lithium titanate, a ramsdellite-type lithium titanate and the likes, Li4+xTi5O12, Li2+xTi3O7, a titanium oxide compound represented by the general formula of H2TinO2n+1, a monoclinic titanium composite oxide of a bronze-type titanium oxide and the likes.
