The present invention provides a fish oil taking method, which is first to make the drinking water flowing through at least one filtering device for filtering operation to purify the drinking water into purified water; then, making the purified water flowing through an energizing device for energizing operation, such that the water molecules of the purified water may be miniaturized and further energized as energized water; finally, taking fish oil together with the energized water. In the process of purifying drinking water into purified water, the filtering device is configured with a ceramic filter element and high pressure active carbon filter element for filtering, and the energizing device employs the method of magnetization or electrolysis to miniaturize the water molecules of the purified water. With the aforementioned method, the ingredients in the fish oil, such as omega-3 fatty acid, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and vitamin E, may be rapidly dissolved in the miniaturized water molecules in the energy water and may be easier to penetrate the cell membrane for nutrient exchange.
