The main body includes a first surface and a second surface facing away from the first forming surface. Two receiving cavities are defined in the main body, which pass through the first surface and the second surface. The first mold core and the second mold core are received in the receiving cavity. The first mold core extends a distance with respect to the first surface. The second forming surface of the second mold core is coplanar with the first face of the main body.
