A catalyst, an electrode, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The catalyst includes a metallic oxide including a first metal and a second metal. The metallic oxide includes a mono crystalline of perovskite structure. The electrode includes a metallic mesh and a catalyst. The catalyst is loaded at the metallic mesh and includes a metallic oxide having a mono crystalline of perovskite structure. The manufacturing method of the electrode includes the following steps. Provide a first metal and a second metal. Mix the first metal and the second metal into a solution. The solution includes a triblock copolymer surfactant. Provide a metallic mesh. Place the metallic mesh into the solution. Heat the solution and the metallic mesh so that the first metal and the second metal form a catalyst, and the catalyst and the metallic mesh constitute an electrode.
