An expansion of the functional scope of a hybrid integrated component including an MEMS element(20), a cap(30) for the micromechanical structure (23)of the MEMS element(20), and an ASIC element(10) having circuit components(11) is provided. In this component(100), the circuit components(11) of the ASIC element (10)interact with the micromechanical structure(23) of the MEMS element(20). The MEMS element(20) is mounted on the ASIC element(10) in such a way that the micromechanical structure(23) of the MEMS element(20) is situated in a cavity(24) between the cap(30) and the ASIC element(10). The ASIC element(10) is additionally equipped with the circuit components (171,172,173)of a magnetic sensor system. These circuit components(171,172,173) are produced in or on the CMOS back-end stack of the ASIC element(10). The magnetic sensor system may thus be implemented without enlarging the chip area.
