A power supply device of wireless phone comprises a battery case including : a battery receiving groove and an outer cover, wherein a connection set is arranged on the surface of battery receiving groove to supply electrical connection with the battery groove for the wireless phone. At least an installation groove to install the general battery supplied by the battery receiving slot and the positive/negative connectors of each installation groove are electrically connected to the surface of the battery receiving groove via a conduct. The outer cover covers the battery receiving groove tightly and the battery case can be mounted on the battery groove of the wireless phone during the using time to supply power to the wireless phone by the battery in the battery case. Therefore the power of the wireless phone can be supplied by any kind of the general battery with no restriction through the design of general battery arranged in the battery case.
