This invention relates to a conductive film using silver-coated copper powders. That is, the invention provides a novel conductive film which can obtain the desired conductive property without mixing silver powders. The conductive film is formed on a substrate film, and has a conductive membrane containing dendritic silver-coated copper powder particles, wherein at least part of aforesaid dendritic silver-coated copper powder particle surface is coated by silver. Further, when observed by a scanning electron microscope (SEM), the dendritic silver-coated copper powder particle has a trunk and a plurality of branches extending from the trunk vertically or obliquely, and thus exhibits two-dimensional or three-dimensional dendritic growth. In particular, the thickness (a) of the trunk ranges from 0.3 &mgr; m to 6.0 &mgr; m, and the length (b) of the longest branch extending from the trunk ranges from 0.3 &mgr; m to 10 &mgr; m.
