A driving circuit for bi-direction scanning according to the present invention is disclosed. The driving circuit includes n stage driving modules, and each stage driving module includes an output unit, a forward input unit and a backward input unit. The driving modules receive a first and a second input voltages and a plurality of clock signals. The forward input unit receives the first input voltage and a front forward scanning signal from one of n-2 stage driving modules to charge/discharge a control terminal of the output unit. The backward input unit receives the second input voltage and a back backward scanning signal from one of n+2 stage driving modules to charge/discharge the control terminal of the output unit. The output unit outputs a forward scanning signal when the forward input unit charges the control terminal of the output unit, and the output unit outputs a backward scanning signal when the backward input unit charges the control terminal of the output unit.
