An electronic device includes a housing, a number of buttons and a key-press panel. The key-press panel includes at least one gap defined in an edge of the key-press panel, and the housing includes at least one holding member on the inter-surface of the housing corresponding to the gap. The holding includes a first holding plate and a second holding plate. The second plate is accommodated in the gap and configured to prevent the key-press panel from moving in the housing. The first holding plate is configured to prevent the key-press panel from disengaging from the housing. The remained edges are connected to the inter-surface of the housing by fastener.
