A medication cartridge having a function of accommodating a large amount of medicine and being capable of providing medicine automatically depending on the remaining amount of the medicine is disclosed. The medication cartridge includes a cylindrical body 8, a first rotor 9 and a second rotor 10, wherein the first rotor 9 disposed on the inner side of the cylindrical body 8 and the cylindrical body 8 constitutes the medicine accommodation assembly 42. The first rotor 9 is able to undergo their reciprocating motion in the axial direction of the cylindrical body 8 and rotate around a first rotating shaft. The second rotor 10 is disposed in the outer periphery of the opening of the cylindrical body 8 and able to rotate around a second rotating shaft.
