A manufacturing method of flexible flatten strip shape heater with carbon fiber filament as heating source comprises the following steps: using a carbon fiber filament; disposing a first plastic material at a relative side of the carbon fiber filament; combining the first plastic material to each other and encapsulating the carbon fiber filament therein; and disposing relative two end portions of the carbon fiber filament with a power terminal. The flexible flatten strip shape heater can be widely applied to small articles of clothes, waist protector, and gloves and large articles of blankets and bedquilts for the source of warming human bodies.
