A polycarbonate resin composition having excellent color appearance, while maintaining the excellent characteristics of a polyorganosiloxane-polycarbonate copolymer, is provided. Specifically, a polycarbonate resin composition containing (A) 96 to 99.9 parts by mass of a polycarbonate resin, and (B) 0.1 to 4 parts by mass of titanium dioxide (however, the total of the (A) component and (B) component is 100 parts by mass) is provided. The polycarbonate resin (A) comprises: a polyorganosiloxane-polycarbonate copolymer (A-1) at 5 to 100 mass %, said polyorganosiloxane-polycarbonate copolymer having a main chain with a repeating unit represented by general formula (I) and a structural unit represented by general formula (II), wherein n in general formula (II) is 25 to 65, and the content of the structural unit represented by general formula (II) is 2 to 20 mass %; a polyorganosiloxane-polycarbonate copolymer (A-2) at a 0 to 95 mass %, said polyorganosiloxane-polycarbonate copolymer having a main chain with a repeating unit represented by general formula (I) and a structural unit represented by general formula (II), wherein n in general formula (II) is 70 to 350, and the content of the structural unit represented by general formula (II) is 2 to 20 mass %; and an aromatic polycarbonate (A-3) other than (A-1) and (A-2), at a 0 to 95 mass %.
